It can be an isolated world at times.  

More and more, I talk to PDIs who are losing sleep over failing the Part 3 exam.

I've been there myself, too. 

The panic that sets in if you fail a Part 3 or standards check. 

Am I going to lose the job I've only just started? 

How will I tell my learners? 

How will I support my family?  

We're a proud bunch too, aren't we? 

We don't always want to ask for help.  

I initially set out to support PDIs I knew, and those from my local area. 

But since the increased use of dash cam and video technology, I'm now in a position to offer my expertise right across the country.   

Ultimately, the higher we collectively raise OUR standards as an industry, the better our 'end product' will be - more competent, safety-conscious new drivers on our roads.
